The Sport-Thieme aqua fitness set is a complete set and consists of an aqua jogging belt, a pair of aqua jogging dumbbells and a pair of leg floats. The aqua jogging belt has a slim-cut buoyancy body made from high-quality, soft, smooth EVA foam and fits perfectly against your body. It provides you with the buoyancy needed for aqua jogging without restricting your movements. The leg floats complement a workout in the water perfectly. They are made from sturdy foam and are fastened at the ankle using 2 hook-and-loop straps. With them, you receive additional buoyancy for aqua fitness, aqua jogging and water gymnastics. So that your arms do not miss out on aqua fitness, you can simply add aqua jogging dumbbells to your training. These lightweight foam dumbbells enable you to train your upper body effectively and strengthen your shoulder girdle and muscles in your upper arms and back in particular.
