A versatile weight that can be used for virtually anything: the All-Trainer
The All-Trainer is made of plastic and can be used for all your training needs. It can be filled with a variety of fillings to suit your requirements e.g with water, sand, iron or lead shot. It can weigh as little as 350 g (net weight of the All-Trainer) or as much as 5 kg.

All-Trainer training weights:

• Water-filled: approx. 2.5 kg
• Sand-filled: approx. 3.5 kg
• Metal-filings: approx. 5 kg
