The Vasa Space Saver swimming trainer lets you train your swimming technique and stamina on dry land. This piece of training equipment means you’ll be perfectly prepared for your next competition. Using the integrated computerised display you can set the trainer to one of 7 resistance levels, providing a particularly varied workout. The resistance is created by an induction brake. The display provides continuously updated performance data such as time, distance, speed, stroke rate, watts and power per arm – allowing you to easily keep your progress in view.
