The Vasa swim bench is the perfect fitness product for realistic swim stroke simulation. Whether you’re monitoring time, distance, speed, stroke rate, watts or stroke output: thanks to the electronic display, you can retrieve your performance data at any time. This will also enable your coach to keep an eye on training progress and if necessary, intervene at an early stage to correct problems. The Vasa ergometer creates resistance using an eddy brake. The resistance level can be adjusted using the airflow flywheel and can be set to a host of different training levels ranging from rehabilitation and leisure sport to competitive swimming. A rope pull with paddles allows unrestricted movement sequences for different swimming techniques. Includes electronic display, paddles, handles and stretch cords.

Two aluminium stiffener rails mounted between the rolling seat carriage and the underside of the padded bench provide extra strength and stability. Perfect for all athletes taller than 183 cm or weighing over 91 kg.
